Insurance Reimbursement
& Cash Pay Options.

You do not need a referral or insurance approval to be diagnosed and treated at The Keiser Clinic. Our doctors treat a small number of patients each week so that each patient receives individualized attention. Each day includes at least 3 treatment sessions with 1-2 hour rest periods between them, giving your nervous system time to absorb each dose of work, and recover.

You can verify whether your insurer may reimburse you for your care with us by asking them which of our diagnostic and treatment codes they cover:

While we're not contracted with any insurance carrier, many patients have out-of-network benefits that make them eligible for reimbursement. Upon request, we'll provide you with a superbill when you leave so you can submit it to your insurer. It is the patient's responsibility to verify reimbursement eligibility, because our office does not submit claims, verify benefits, or communicate with insurance companies.

What to expect when you come to our clinic

The true cost of
"symptom management" care.

$20,000+
Annual Cost of Illness

Out-of-pocket spending on ineffective symptom management, lost patient income, and lost caregiver income, often before anyone has identified what is actually driving the condition.

Bourne et al., 2021

6-36 mo.
Average Wait for a Specialist

Many patients wait months to years to see a specialist, often for a brief visit with no objective testing and no clear follow-up.

Cooperrider et al., 2022

7
Specialists Seen on Average

The average patient sees 7 specialists over 5 years and leaves without a coherent explanation of what is driving their condition.

Miller et al., 2019

Evidence across neurological conditions suggests that the patients with the best outcomes are the ones who finally find a team that can provide structured, personalized, and supervised care over time.

What patients typically navigate
Insurance approvals, denials, and delays that interrupt care
Separate providers handling testing, interpretation, and treatment
Long gaps between visits, with no single team holding the full picture
Follow-up that is fragmented, delayed, or handed off elsewhere
Testing only to diagnose, with no retesting to measure progress in treatment
At The Keiser Clinic
One transparent weekly fee: diagnostics, interpretation, and treatment included
An intensive, evidence-based standard of care with dedicated treatment sessions and real-time clinical oversight, 5 days per week, allowing treatment to be adjusted immediately instead of after months of waiting to see whether a protocol worked
One clinical team holds your full history and adjusts your protocol in real time
Constant retesting to measure progress and adapt treatment in real time
You leave with a home program and continued support included

We will never give up on you.

Most patients who visit us have been dismissed by doctors, denied help from insurers, or have found it difficult to navigate the healthcare system. By the time they find us, it's often the last stop they need to make.

When you become a patient at The Keiser Clinic, virtual follow-up through your patient portal is included after you leave, with no additional cost and no hurdles. We'll be there for you and your family in the weeks, months, or years that you need us. And if, before your visit, we don't believe we're the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and help you find someone better suited.

For patients who aren't ready to visit us yet, we give away everything we know, publicly. You can start by downloading our Roadmap and making progress with your care team independently. We also have hundreds of hours of educational videos on YouTube, and a community of people like you who join us on a live YouTube stream every Thursday evening to interact and learn.
